2025 Group Registration Form

Thanks for your interest in the CLUB Youth Winter Retreat. This form needs to be filled out by the Group Leader. Please complete and submit this group registration form by November 17. This registration will allow us to determine the total number of attendees to the retreat. Once this form is completed, please download the Individual Retreat Registration Form PDF. Have each attendee fill it out and turn in in to the Group Leader. Group Leaders: please compile all individual registration forms and collect monies then write one check payable to CLUB Ministries. Group checks should be postmarked by December 14 to finalize your group registration. Please bring your individual release forms when you arrive at the Blowing Rock Conference Center on January 24, 2025. There will be a notice on this webpage when the retreat is full and no attendees may be added.

Cost to attend the CLUB Youth Winter retreat is $162.00 per individual. Please include chaperones; one per eight youth of same sex (ex: 4 boys=1 male adult, 9 girls = 2 female adults).
Please note: space is not reserved until we receive your payment. The fields immediately below account for attendees staying on location at Blowing Rock Conference Center. There will be two additional fields to account for Local Commuters who either will eat at BRCC or attend the programming only.

Group Leaders: If you have a cancellation, you may substitute one person of the same sex. We cannot offer refunds for cancellations (the exception is if someone has COVID or other serious illness, a refund will be provided less a $30 administration fee).

In the event CLUB Ministries has to cancel the retreat (COVID, blizzard, etc.) we well send one refund check to your church (less $3 per participant).

We will make every effort to have the Retreat if staff can safely travel to the site. Please make arrangements for potential winter weather.

Group leaders are responsible for the safety and security of their youth. Please take appropriate measures in selection of chaperones and housing assignments.

EVERYONE that comes to a CLUB Retreat must be registered and paid for to attend. Participants that show up without registration and payment will be asked to leave the premises. Each attendee is responsible for their own medical insurance.


The deadline for all Group Registrations to be submitted is Wednesday, November 17, 2024.
Checks are due (postmarked) by Thursday, December 14, 2024.
All Individual Release Forms should be brought and submitted on the date of the event - January 24, 2025.
