In the event of a positive COVID-19 exposure or quarantined individuals within your group, please inform us and a refund will be sent less a $30 administration fee.
Weather or crisis-related cancellations by Blowing Rock Conference Center or CLUB Ministries will result in a refund of the cost per participant less a $30 per person administration fee.
Group leaders are responsible for the safety and security of their youth. Please take appropriate measures in selection of chaperones and housing assignments.
EVERYONE that comes to a CLUB Retreat must be registered and paid for to attend. Participants that show up without registration and payment will be asked to leave the premises. Each attendee is responsible for their own medical insurance.
The Deadline for all Group Registrations to be submitted is Wednesday, November 17, 2021. Checks are due (postmarked) by Wednesday, December 15. All Individual Release Forms should be brought and submitted on the date of the event - January 28, 2022.
