Due to the special nature of this event, refunds for this retreat will not be available. In the event that someone in your group needs to cancel, substitutions will be allowed for another person of the same gender.
Weather or crisis-related cancellations by Fort Caswell or CLUB Ministries will result in a refund of the cost per participant less a $100 per person administration fee.
Group leaders are responsible for the safety and security of their youth. Please take appropriate measures in selection of chaperones and housing assignments.
EVERYONE that comes to a CLUB Retreat must be registered and paid for to attend. Participants that show up without registration and payment will be asked to leave the premises. Each attendee is responsible for their own medical insurance.
The Deadline for all Group Registrations to be submitted is Tuesday, May 20, 2025. Checks are due (postmarked) by June 6, 2025. Groups will be guaranteed a spot based on the order of group payment received. All Individual Registration Forms should be brought and submitted on the date of the event – August 8, 2025.
