CLUB Youth Summer Retreat

2024 Group Registration Form

Thanks for your interest in the CLUB Summer Youth Retreat. This form needs to be filled out by the Group Leader. Please complete and submit this group registration form by Tuesday, May 21, 2024. This registration will allow us to determine the total number of attendees to the retreat. Once this form is completed, please download the Individual Retreat Registration Form PDF. Have each attendee fill it out and turn in in to the Group Leader. Group Leaders: please compile all individual registration forms and collect monies then write one check payable to CLUB Ministries. Group checks should be postmarked by June 7, 2024 to finalize your group registration. Note: Groups will be guaranteed a spot based on the order of group payment received. Please bring your individual registration forms when you arrive at Fort Caswell on August 9, 2024 (retain a copy for your reference). Group Leaders may add additional attendees if space is available – please call or email CLUB Ministries if that need arises. There will be a notice on this webpage when the retreat is full and no attendees may be added.

Cost to attend the CLUB Youth Summer retreat is $231.00 per individual. Please include chaperones; one per eight youth of same sex (ex: 4 boys=1 male adult, 9 girls = 2 female adults).

T-Shirt Summary

CLUB Ministries will have custom screen printed t-shirts included in the cost of the retreat. Please submit your best estimate of quantities and sizes of shirts your group will need. This will give us an idea of the total quantities we will need to order.

Due to the special nature of this event, refunds for this retreat will not be available. In the event that someone in your group needs to cancel, substitutions will be allowed for another person of the same gender.

Weather or crisis-related cancellations by Fort Caswell or CLUB Ministries will result in a refund of the cost per participant less a $100 per person administration fee.

Group leaders are responsible for the safety and security of their youth. Please take appropriate measures in selection of chaperones and housing assignments.

EVERYONE that comes to a CLUB Retreat must be registered and paid for to attend. Participants that show up without registration and payment will be asked to leave the premises. Each attendee is responsible for their own medical insurance.

The Deadline for all Group Registrations to be submitted is Tuesday, May 21, 2024.
Checks are due (postmarked) by June 7, 2024.
Groups will be guaranteed a spot based on the order of group payment received.
All Individual Registration Forms should be brought and submitted on the date of the event – August 9, 2024.
